Specifications

Brand: Simple Solution

Full description

The smell that tells a dog "this is the spot" isn't the one a person notices — by the time we can smell an old accident, the dog already marked it as a toilet weeks ago.

Simple Solution's Stain & Odour Remover works on organic pet messes — vomit, urine and faeces — using a combination of Pro-Bacteria and enzymes rather than masking the smell with fragrance alone. It comes as a 750ml trigger spray in a Forest fragrance, safe to use on carpets, upholstery, bedding and clothing.

750ml trigger spray
Pro-Bacteria and enzyme formula
Forest fragrance
For use on carpets, upholstery, bedding, clothing and other water-safe surfaces
Aimed at vomit, urine and faeces marks specifically

One gap in this card. Simple Solution don't publish how long to leave it on a stain or how many applications an older, set-in mark might need, so treat a fresh accident straight away for the best chance of it working in one go, and always spot-test an unfamiliar fabric first.

Who it's for: owners dealing with regular pet accidents on soft furnishings who want something aimed at the smell rather than just the stain.

Why we chose it

Most odour removers just perfume over the mark, and the reason this one is worth stocking is the enzyme and bacteria combination doing the actual breakdown work. The trigger spray also makes it easy to target a specific spot rather than soaking the whole area.
