Feeding the same pouch every night is as much a cat's complaint as a person's, which is most of the case for a mixed-selection box over a single-flavour one.

Four recipes make up this box: beef, chicken, lamb and ocean fish, each led by meat, fish or animal derivatives at 4-5%, cut into mini fillets and served in gravy with a little vegetable content in each. Moisture comes out at 79.0%, protein at 12.0%, fat at 4.0%, crude ash at 2.2% and crude fibre at 0.4%, with omega 3 at 0.1% and omega 6 at 1.2%. Purina's guide is 3 pouches a day for an average 4kg cat, and one pouch can be swapped for 20g of dry kibble.

• Four recipes: beef, chicken, lamb and ocean fish
• Moisture 79.0%, protein 12.0%, fat 4.0%
• Omega 3 at 0.1%, omega 6 at 1.2%
• Feeding guide: 3 pouches a day for a 4kg cat
• One pouch can be swapped for 20g of dry kibble
• Box of 40 pouches

The named meat or fish is a small share of each pouch. Across the four recipes the named protein, beef, chicken, lamb or ocean fish, sits at 4-5% of that recipe; the rest is meat and animal derivatives, vegetable protein extracts and gravy. That's normal for this price point, but worth knowing before assuming "beef" means mostly beef.

Who it's for: owners of an adult cat who gets bored of one flavour, wanting a 40-pouch box that rotates through four recipes rather than one.
