Urinary tract problems are one of the more common reasons an adult cat ends up at the vet, and diet is often part of managing it — though a dry food, however it's formulated, adds none of the water a cat with urinary sensitivity is usually also told to drink more of.

On the "urinary health" name. The analysis Purina publish here covers protein, fat, ash, fibre and omega fatty acids, but no magnesium figure or urinary pH data — the numbers that usually back a specific urinary claim. This is also a dry food, and a cat managed for urinary sensitivity is commonly encouraged to increase water intake alongside diet, which a kibble does not provide on its own. If your cat has a diagnosed urinary condition, this is worth discussing with your vet rather than choosing on the name alone.
