Full description

Pond fish feed at the surface for most of the year, so a floating stick that stays intact rather than clouding the water the moment it lands does two jobs at once: it feeds the fish and it keeps the water clearer than a food that dissolves fast.

Pettex's General Pond Stick is 28% protein, 3.5% crude fat, 2.5% crude fibre and 6.5% ash, with spirulina added at 0.05% — spirulina being the ingredient most pond feeds use for colour enhancement in koi and goldfish. Pettex describe the range as produced under veterinary supervision to a human food quality assurance standard, and formulated for palatability.
