Floating is the feature that lets you feed a pond properly. You can see what goes in, you can see what gets eaten, and you can stop when the fish stop — which is the only reliable way to avoid the overfeeding that clouds water and fouls a filter.

Pets Choice formulate these as a complete and balanced food for koi carp and ornamental fish. Crude protein is 30% with crude fats at 4%, crude fibres 2.5% and crude ash 6.6%, and there is stabilised vitamin C in the additives at 35 mg per kg. The composition runs cereals, derivatives of vegetable origin, meat and animal derivatives, fish and fish derivatives, minerals, oils and fats and algae, with spirulina at 0.05%. Pets Choice describe them as non-clouding and highly digestible.
