Specifications

Brand: Peckish

Full description

Buying a feeder and a bag of seed separately means assembling both before a single bird can use either, and a pre-filled feeder skips that step entirely.

This is Peckish's Complete Ready To Use Bird Feeder — a single feeder pre-filled with Peckish Complete All Seasons Seed Mix, and refillable once that first fill runs out.

Pre-filled with Peckish Complete All Seasons Seed Mix
Refillable
Ready to use straight from the packaging
Single feeder (SGL)

what the makers haven't told us. There's no capacity figure for the feeder or the seed fill, and no dimension supplied. Judge the size against a standard hanging feeder, since no specific measurement is given here.

Who it's for: anyone setting up garden bird feeding for the first time who wants a single product that solves both the feeder and the first fill at once.

Why we chose it

It removes the beginner's problem of buying a feeder and having no seed to put in it on day one. Being refillable afterwards also means it isn't a one-use product once that first fill is gone.
