What the label does not say
"Fluff" is a range (3-5g), not a guaranteed individual weight, so expect some variation mouse to mouse within the pack. Monkfield are specific that these must be defrosted naturally at room temperature — never in warm water or a microwave — and that hands should be washed before and after handling.
Why we chose it
Buying by growth stage rather than guessing a size is the whole point of a frozen feeder range, and Monkfield's DEFRA licensing is a genuine, checkable credential rather than a vague claim. Twenty-five to a pack is also a sensible amount to keep in the freezer without over-ordering.

Full description
Feeding a reptile prey that's the wrong size for it is one of the more basic mistakes in reptile keeping, which is why frozen mice are sold by growth stage rather than as one generic size — a Fluff is not a Jumbo, and the two aren't interchangeable.
These are Fluffs, the 3-5g stage in Monkfield's size range, sold frozen in a pack of 25. The analysis given is 21% protein, 9% fat and 67% moisture. Monkfield say the mice come from a rodent farm in Europe, are humanely euthanised to government-dictated guidelines, and the company is DEFRA-licensed for trade distribution.

Who it's for: reptile keepers whose animal is at the right feeding stage for a Fluff-sized mouse — check your own reptile's needs before ordering, since the wrong size is the most common feeding mistake.
