Full description
An overgrown nail changes how a dog stands, not just how it looks, and clipping little and often is far less stressful for both ends of the lead than waiting until it's an obvious problem.
This is the Small size of Mikki's Nail Clipper Delux, made with heat-treated stainless steel blades designed to cut in one smooth action and stay sharp and rust-free for longer. It's also available in a Large size.
- Small size
- Heat-treated stainless steel blades
- Precision blades for one smooth cutting action
- Designed to stay sharp and rust-free for longer
- Also made in a Large size
What Mikki have not confirmed. Mikki don't give us a blade opening measurement or a maximum nail thickness for the Small size on this card, so if you're clipping a bigger dog's nails, check the Large size is the better fit rather than forcing a small clipper through a nail it wasn't designed for.
Who it's for: owners of smaller dogs, or anyone wanting a precise, easy-to-control clipper for regular nail trims.

Why we chose it
Heat-treated blades that actually stay sharp are worth the difference over a cheap clipper that dulls after a handful of uses and starts crushing rather than cutting. The Small size is also the sensible match for a smaller dog's nails rather than a clipper built for something bigger.
