Full description
Training a dog to accept a muzzle takes far longer than putting one on for the first time, which is why Mikki's own advice is to build up how long it's worn gradually rather than expect a dog to tolerate it straight away.
This is a lightweight nylon muzzle with a plastic fastener, offered as a safer alternative to a solid basket muzzle. It's quick and easy to fit, and still allows a dog to pant, drink and take treats while wearing it. Size 8 is built for Boxers with a nose girth of around 30cm, and the assembled muzzle measures 33.5 x 16.5 x 2.5cm.
