Full description

A smaller dry-food bag can be the sensible entry point when a cat has firm opinions about dinner. This 800G option puts the precise chicken split on the label, so the recipe can be compared before buying more.

The composition declares 70% chicken, divided into 65% fresh chicken and 5% chicken liver. Potatoes contribute 21%. Egg, chicken gravy, flaxseed, cellulose, minerals, fructooligosaccharide prebiotic, Italian cheese, seaweed and small quantities of carrot, cranberries, bilberries, parsley and fenugreek follow. It is complete dry cat food and is described as grain free. The analytical panel lists 27% protein, 17% fat, 7% ash, 3% fibre, omega 6 at 2.9%, omega 3 at 0.7% and 392 kcal/100g. Taurine is included among the nutritional additives.

Read beyond the chicken name. Egg and Italian cheese are also present, and potato makes up 21% of the composition. The available information does not state a daily serving amount, so portion this dry food from the current instructions printed on the bag.

Who it's for: cats whose owners want the 800G version of a complete chicken-led dry recipe and do not need to exclude egg, dairy or potato.

Lily's Kitchen Cat Delicious Chicken

Why we chose it

The 800G format gives shoppers a lower-commitment route into the recipe. I chose it because the 65% fresh chicken and 5% liver split makes the chicken claim unusually easy to understand.
