Full description
A game-flavoured pâté can sound more venison-led than the ingredient list really is. Here the percentages put the balance in order before the cat reaches the bowl.
Chicken is 37%, pork 23% and venison 4%, followed only by minerals in the composition. The 85G smooth pâté is complete wet cat food and is described as grain free with no added sugars. The analytical panel gives 9.5% protein, 6% fat, 0.3% fibre, 3.2% ash and 82% moisture, with energy at 85 kcal/100g. Taurine is declared at 804mg, alongside zinc, manganese and iodine additives. The recipe was previously sold under the name Hunter’s Hotpot.

Venison is the smallest meat share. At 4%, it sits well behind chicken and pork, so this is a mixed-meat pâté rather than a venison-first recipe. The available age wording is inconsistent, so no kitten or senior suitability is claimed on this page.
Who it's for: cats whose owners want a complete smooth pâté with chicken and pork leading, and who are comfortable with venison making up a smaller part of the recipe.

Why we chose it
The 37% chicken, 23% pork and 4% venison split is the reason I chose to present this one plainly. It gives game-flavour shoppers the full meat balance instead of letting the old Hunter’s Hotpot name do the explaining.
