This is Johnston & Jeff's No Mess, No Grow blend, launched as a limited edition for the company's 140th anniversary. It's built around their "GERMI-NOT" wheat and red dari, alongside split maize, sunflower hearts, flaked naked oats, pinhead oatmeal, peanut granules and berry suet pellets. The ingredients go through kibbling, flaking, shelling and heat treatment specifically to stop the seeds from germinating if they end up on the ground rather than in a bird.
