Specifications

Brand: Johnson's
Food type: Complementary_or_treat

Full description

A treat that fits over a perch sits exactly where a parrot already spends its time, rather than needing a separate hook or clip somewhere else in the cage, and that placement alone changes how quickly a bird finds and works at it.

This is a large ring treat made from selected seeds and nuts, bound with honey, sized to fit on a perch.

Large ring shape

Designed to fit on a perch
Complementary treat, not a complete food

On the recipe. Beyond naming seeds, nuts and honey, there's no specific breakdown or nutritional analysis supplied for this treat, so we can't tell you exact proportions or give a protein figure.

Who it's for: parrot owners who want a perch-mounted treat rather than a cage-clip or hanging bell — useful if your cage setup doesn't have an easy spot for a clip-on treat.

Why we chose it

Fitting directly onto a perch is a genuinely different mounting option from the clip-on treats most of this range uses, which matters if your cage layout doesn't suit a clip. It's a straightforward seed, nut and honey recipe rather than anything more complicated.
