Cats get bored of one flavour faster than most owners expect, and a multipack that rotates three recipes through the week is a cheap way to avoid finding out the hard way that this week's flavour has fallen out of favour.

Hi Life's 12-can multipack splits into three recipes in sauce — four cans each of Chicken Breast, Chicken with Duck, and Chicken with Beef — all grain free with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The Chicken Breast recipe is 60% chicken breast, with sunflower oil, tapioca starch, minerals and cranberry, chicory and yucca extracts; the Duck and Beef recipes swap 4% of the chicken for duck or beef respectively. Analysis given is protein 13.5%, fat content 2.5%, crude fibre 0.1%, crude ash 1% and moisture 81.5%, at 83 kcal per 100g.

• 12 cans: 4 Chicken Breast, 4 Chicken with Duck, 4 Chicken with Beef
• Grain free, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives
• Protein 13.5%, fat content 2.5%, fibre 0.1%, ash 1%, moisture 81.5%
• 83 kcal per 100g
• 70g cans

On the analysis figure. Hi Life give one set of analytical constituents for the range rather than a separate breakdown per recipe, so the protein, fat and moisture figures above should be read as typical of the multipack rather than guaranteed identical can for can.

Who it's for: owners who like to rotate flavours through the week rather than feed the same recipe every day, and want that variety in cans rather than pouches.
