Brand: Henry Bell

Full description

Fat balls are one of the highest-energy things you can put out for garden birds, which matters most in the colder months when a bird's main job is simply staying warm enough overnight.

Henry Bell's Fat Ball Ready To Use Feeder comes filled with 3 of their classic energy 80g fat balls, in a cool grey feeder with an easy-to-open lid Henry Bell describe as simple to clean.

Sold ready-filled with 3 fat balls

Cool grey feeder body
Easy-to-open lid, described as simple to clean

On the fill. Henry Bell give us the fill — three 80g fat balls — and the feeder's colour and lid, and nothing on the feeder's own material or on a refill pack size once those three are gone.

Who it's for: gardens feeding through the colder months, where a high-energy fat ball feed matters more than a seed mix.

Henry Bell Fat Ball Ready to Use Feeder

Why we chose it

Three fat balls in one feeder is a sensible amount to start with, and Henry Bell's own weight figure for each ball means it's at least a known quantity rather than a vague multipack. That clarity is worth having.
