Go-cat 7+ Senior Cat Chicken & Turkey

Older cats generally need fewer calories for the same amount of food, not more, which is the whole reason a senior recipe exists rather than just feeding a smaller portion of an adult one.

This dry food is formulated for cats aged 7 and over, built on cereals and meat and animal derivatives with 2% chicken and 2% turkey named specifically, alongside 0.8% dehydrated vegetables (equivalent to 4% rehydrated, split between dried pea and dried carrot). Protein runs at 31%, fat at 9%, ash at 7% and crude fibre at 3%, with a full vitamin and mineral pack including added iron, iodine, copper, manganese, zinc and selenium. GO-CAT's feeding guide is 45g daily for a 3kg cat, 60g for a 4kg cat and 75g for a 5kg cat.

What the label does not say. As with GO-CAT's other recipes, the named chicken and turkey are 2% each — the bulk of the animal protein in the bag is unnamed "meat and animal derivatives" rather than the two meats on the front of the pack.
