That is entirely normal for wet food at this price and it is why the price is what it is; it is not a premium fish recipe and does not claim to be. Serve it at room temperature as Felix suggest, because cold food straight from a fridge is one of the commonest reasons a cat turns their nose up at something they ate happily yesterday.
