Desert reptiles spend hours in direct, unfiltered sun, and a bulb built for a shaded terrarium simply will not put out enough UVB to matter to them.

This is Exo Terra's strongest bulb in the range: a T5 Very High Output tube with the Sunergy phosphor blend, putting out 14% UVB aligned with Ferguson Zones 3-4, the open and mid-day sun baskers. It is built for high-UV habitats such as deserts and open savannahs, and fits standard T5 fixtures and the Exo Terra T5 Terrarium Top.
