Full description
A dog that scratches at one spot repeatedly usually gets worse the longer it's left, because the scratching itself becomes part of the irritation rather than just a response to it.
Exmarid's Skin Soother is a spray containing tea tree oil and aloe vera, sprayed directly onto affected areas rather than applied through a shampoo or added to food. It also contains vitamin E, which Exmarid describe as helping to nourish and protect the skin at a deeper level.
- 75ml spray bottle
- Contains tea tree oil, aloe vera and vitamin E
- Sprayed directly onto affected areas
- Aimed at helping stop scratching and soothe irritation
What's not specified. Exmarid don't give us a percentage breakdown of the tea tree, aloe vera or vitamin E, or how often it can safely be reapplied in a day, so use it as directed on the label and see a vet if the skin looks broken, infected or doesn't improve.
Who it's for: owners dealing with a specific itchy or irritated patch who want a targeted spray rather than a whole-body shampoo change.

Why we chose it
A spot spray is a genuinely different tool to a shampoo — you can treat one patch without a full bath, which matters on a dog that hates being washed. Tea tree and aloe together is a fairly standard combination for this kind of product, but it's specific rather than a vague 'natural blend'.
