Guessing at prey size from how it looks in the bag is one of the more common ways whole-prey feeding goes wrong, and EvoRx's answer to that is weighing every feeding parcel to a standard rather than sizing them by eye.

Arcadia's EvoRx is a frozen food for snakes and other carnivorous or omnivorous reptiles, shaped as a sausage-like feeding parcel and available across the popular rodent weight range from pinkie to jumbo, sold here as jumbo, medium and small variants. The manufacturer describes the nutrient profile as leaner in protein than typical whole prey, intended to reduce the risk of obesity while still supporting healthy growth, and every batch is screened for pathogens including salmonella.

• Frozen whole-prey substitute, sold as jumbo, medium or small
• Standardised weight per parcel, rather than approximate sizing
• Leaner protein profile than typical whole prey, per the manufacturer
• Every batch screened for pathogens including salmonella
• Sold in a 6-pack

What's not on the card. No specific analytical percentages — protein, fat, moisture — have been supplied for this product, only the manufacturer's description of a leaner nutrient profile. If you want to compare it numerically against a standard frozen mouse, this card doesn't give you that.

Who it's for: keepers of snakes and other carnivorous or omnivorous reptiles who want a consistently-sized, screened feeding parcel rather than variably-sized whole prey.
