Two cats and one feeder normally ends the same way, with the fast eater finishing their own bowl and starting on the other one. Splitting the timer across two separate bowls means both open at the same moment, which at least gives the slower cat a fair start. For a single cat on a controlled diet it does a different job, turning a day's food into scheduled meals instead of a full bowl at breakfast.

The timer runs from one to ten portions per meal, so the size of each serving is set independently of when it goes out. That is genuinely useful when a vet has asked for small, frequent meals rather than two large ones, or when weight has crept on. The lid locks down and is transparent, so a determined paw cannot lever it open and you can see at a glance whether a meal has actually been eaten. An anti-slip base keeps the unit still while they work at it.

• Two separate bowls served by one programmable timer
• One to ten portions per meal
• Transparent locking lid
• Anti-slip base
• Suitable for dry and wet food
• Single configuration, with no variants to choose between

On wet food. The bowls will hold it, but there is no cooling here, and wet food left standing at room temperature is not safe for long, so only load wet meals you will be home shortly after.

Who it's for: Two-cat households where one eats too fast, and single-cat owners who need portioned meals to hold while they are at work.
