Full description
A wet dog on a wet day is not always practical, and sometimes a full bath is simply more than the situation calls for. Dry shampoo exists for exactly that gap - a quick refresh without the towel, the tub or the drying time that comes after a proper wash.
Bugalugs Baby Fresh Dry Shampoo is made in the UK, vegan and cruelty free, and suitable for all coat types on dogs 8 weeks and older. It works without water or rinsing: sprayed on and then brushed through the coat, in the brand's nostalgic Baby Fresh scent. Bugalugs describe it as tough on dirt and absorbing grease or oils, leaving the coat nourished with an added shine.
- Vegan and cruelty free
- Made in the UK
- No water or rinsing needed
- Suitable for all coat types, dogs from 8 weeks
- Baby Fresh fragrance
- 200ml can
One thing worth knowing. We haven't been given the exact spray distance in the fact sheet beyond the manufacturer's own instruction, so shake the can well and follow the label's spray-and-brush method rather than guessing how close to hold it.
Who it's for: owners who want a quick coat refresh between full baths, or a dog that doesn't need or tolerate a wet wash every time it needs freshening up.

Why we chose it
A dry shampoo genuinely earns its place between baths rather than replacing them, and being vegan and cruelty free is a straightforward plus for anyone who checks that on grooming products. Made in the UK also matters to us over an imported alternative where possible.
