Full description
Stretch changes how a tug toy feels in a dog's mouth as much as the material does - a rope that gives a little absorbs some of the pull rather than fighting it outright, which some dogs and owners find gentler over a longer game.
This retriever rope is long, strong and stretchy, measuring 50cm, built for interactive tug play and sold in assorted colours. The give in the rope means a two-way pull doesn't transmit quite as sharply through to either end.

One thing worth knowing. Bestpets don't give a material breakdown beyond "rope", and there's no weight or thickness figure either, so beyond the 50cm length and the stretch there isn't much specification to go on here.
Who it's for: dogs that enjoy a stretchy tug toy, and owners after a straightforward rope option at a fixed, printed price.

Why we chose it
The stretch is what sets this apart from a plain fixed-length rope tug - it gives a bit under pull, which some dogs and owners find more comfortable for a longer tug session. It's a simple, inexpensive toy at a price marked right on the pack.
