Nobody who owns a cat can smell their own litter tray properly. You stop registering it within a week, which means the tray is judged entirely by visitors, and usually silently.

Beaphar's approach here is two-part rather than perfume-only. Urine encapsulation traps the ammonia smell rather than sitting over it, and a probiotic element digests the organic debris that produces the rest. On top of that there is the Ocean Breeze scent, which is the part that works on the room rather than the tray. Beaphar say one application will double the life of a litter, and the powder is biodegradable, pH neutral and suitable for every type of cat litter. The tub is 400G.

On "doubles the life". That is Beaphar's claim, and there is no way to check it here, because no dose is published anywhere on what we have been given — nothing says how much powder goes into a tray, how often to top it up, or how long a 400G tub lasts for one cat. Without that, the cost per week is unknowable. It is also worth being clear that a deodoriser does not replace scooping or changing a tray; it extends the interval, it does not remove it.
