Pet coats and jumpers are sized mainly by back length, with chest girth as a second check. Back length matters most for coverage.

How to measure

Back length: measure along the spine from the base of the neck (collar area) to the base of the tail.
Chest: measure around the widest part of the ribcage, behind the front legs.
If the two measurements suggest different sizes, choose by back length and allow for the chest.

Cracked paw pads or a dry nose don't get much attention until they're bothering an animal, largely because there's rarely an obvious grooming step aimed at either. Animology's Paw & Nose Balm is one of the few products built specifically for that gap.

It's a blend of sweet almond oil, jojoba wax, shea butter, oat oil and vitamin E, massaged gently onto the nose and paw pads. It's 100% vegan, and comes in a 100% recyclable tube rather than a tub, which keeps fingers out of the product.
