Full description

A dull, dry coat is one of the more common things a bottle of oil in the kitchen cupboard is asked to fix, and salmon oil earns that job because it's essentially all fat — this one declares crude fat at 99.5%, with protein, fibre and ash all at 0.0%, because there is nothing else in the bottle to measure.

AniForte's oil is 100% salmon, carrying eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) at 2.34%, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) at 4.74% and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) at 6.73%, adding up to a total omega-3 fatty acid content of 17.14% alongside 16.1% omega-6. Vitamin E is added at 1000 IU/kg as a natural preservative for the oil itself rather than as a headline supplement.
