- Wrap a soft tape around the base of the neck.
- Add room for two fingers between the tape and the neck.

This is the Fashion Collar range: a nylon base printed with a pink hearts design and finished with reflective detailing, so the same collar that looks decorative by day throws back light after dark. It fastens with a snap buckle rather than a traditional buckle and tongue, and is adjustable within its size band. A matching lead is sold separately.
