A flat-rimmed bowl concentrates a cat's whiskers against a hard edge with every mouthful, which some cats tolerate without any bother and others visibly avoid — a curved edge is one of the simpler design answers to that, spreading the contact rather than lining it up in one place.

This is a single curved-edge cat dish. Beyond the shape and that it's sold individually, the makers have not given us a material, a diameter, or a capacity, so there's no measurement to check it against a cat's usual bowl before buying.

• Curved-edge design
• Sold as a single dish
• For cats
• No stated material, diameter or capacity

What's not supplied. No material, size or capacity has been given for this dish, so we can't tell you how it compares to a bowl you already own — if fit against an existing feeding station matters, this listing alone won't confirm it.

Who it's for: owners of a cat that seems to pick around the edges of a standard bowl, worth trying as a low-cost alternative shape rather than a guaranteed fix.
