Supreme pet food and care
Supreme is a UK brand best known for two ranges you will see across small-animal shelves: Science Selective, a nugget-based diet for rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets, and Tiny Friends Farm, a range of tastier mixes and treats built around the same species. We stock a selection from both as part of our small-animal food and accessories range.
Who Supreme are
Supreme has been making small-animal food for a long time, and its two best-known ranges take genuinely different approaches to the same job. Science Selective is a single-nugget formula designed so a rabbit or guinea pig cannot pick out the tasty bits and leave the rest, which vets and welfare organisations generally favour because it stops selective feeding from unbalancing the diet.
Tiny Friends Farm sits alongside it as a more varied, muesli-style mix with different textures and shapes, aimed at owners who want their small pet to have more to forage through, plus treats built around specific species from rabbits and guinea pigs to hamsters, gerbils and chinchillas. Between the two ranges, Supreme covers most small-animal households.

Common questions
- Is Science Selective or Tiny Friends Farm better?
- Neither is objectively better — they suit different feeding philosophies. Science Selective's single-nugget format prevents selective feeding, which many vets recommend, while Tiny Friends Farm's mixed textures give more variety and foraging interest. Either can work well as part of a diet that also includes plenty of hay and fresh greens.
- Does Giddy Pets stock the whole Supreme range?
- No, we stock a selection across Science Selective and Tiny Friends Farm rather than every product Supreme makes. What is shown in the grid above is what we currently have available to order, and that changes as stock does.
- Do we collect customer reviews of Supreme products?
- Not at the moment — we do not currently run a review collection system on the site, so you will not find star ratings under individual products. If you have feedback on something you have bought, email us and a person will read it.
- Is Supreme food suitable for all small pets?
- Supreme makes species-specific formulas rather than one food for every small animal, so check that the bag you are choosing is actually formulated for your pet — a rabbit food and a hamster food are not interchangeable. If you are unsure what your particular pet needs, a vet experienced with small animals can advise.
