Specifications

Brand: Supa
Dimensions: 16.5cm x 18cm x 26cm

Full description

A nest box is a choice about the opening as well as the box itself. Being able to remove the front changes the arrangement without buying a second box, although it still leaves the important job of choosing a suitable position.

Supa's Multi Purpose Nest Box can be used in its original form or with the front panel removed. The panel is held by two screws. The supplied outer dimensions are approximately 16.5cm long, 18cm wide and 26cm high, and the description notes a small gap in the base.

The opening measurement is missing. the maker names several garden bird species but does not state the entrance-hole diameter in the information supplied to us. We cannot turn that list into a guarantee that a particular bird will use it. Match the configuration and position to the species you are hoping to accommodate.

Who it's for: garden owners wanting a nest box with a removable front, who will choose the configuration and location deliberately.

Supa Multi Purpose Nest Box

Why we chose it

The removable panel is a concrete feature that earns this its multi-purpose name. I would choose it for that flexibility, while keeping the missing entrance-hole measurement clear rather than promising which birds will move in.
