Specifications

Dimensions: 7.5cm x 9.8cm x 6.6cm

Full description

A loose dish of seed in a cage gets kicked over or filled with droppings within a day, which is the entire reason cage cups exist as a separate fitting rather than a bowl on the floor.

This is a Supa Cage & Aviary D Cup in Large, measuring 7.5cm deep by 9.8cm wide by 6.6cm high, designed to hook over the cage bars for feeding seed, egg food, treats, or minerals and grit.

7.5cm (D) x 9.8cm (W) x 6.6cm (H)
Hooks over cage bars
Wire hooks bend to fit
Large size, also available in other sizes
For seed, egg food, treats or grit

On fit: Supa give the cup's own dimensions but not the bar spacing it's designed for, so it's worth checking your cage bars will take a hooked-on cup of this size before ordering, rather than assuming every cage takes the same fitting.

Who it's for: owners of caged birds who want a proper hook-on feeding cup rather than balancing a dish inside the cage.

Why we chose it

A cup that hooks and bends to fit stays put in a way a loose dish never does, which matters most with a bird that's a messy eater. Buying the Large means one cup does for seed, treats and grit rather than needing several smaller ones.
