Measure the neck circumference around the base of the neck, where a collar would sit.
Measure the chest circumference at the widest point, right behind the front legs.
Height is measured on the garment, from the neckline down the back.

That is the honest appeal of this outfit, and it is a better reason to buy it than the photographs are.
