Moderna Corner Hooded Flip Loo

A corner litter box solves a room-shaped problem rather than a cat-shaped one. Most litter trays are rectangles put in corners, which wastes the corner and leaves the tray sticking into the room; this one is built to the shape it is going in, and that is often the difference between the tray living where you want it and living where it fits.

Some cats will not use a hood, and some will not use a door. It is worth knowing before you buy: a covered tray concentrates smell inside it, which suits the room and not always the cat, and a flap is a barrier a nervous cat may simply refuse. The flip door lifts off on most designs of this type, so the sensible approach is to introduce it with the door removed and add it later. If you have more than one cat, the usual guidance is one tray per cat plus one — a hood does not change that arithmetic.
