FIPROtec Combo Spot on Cat is a veterinary-strength medicine combining fipronil, which kills fleas, with (S)-methoprene, which stops flea eggs hatching and multiplying in the home. Beaphar say it also kills ticks and biting lice, and that it can be used during pregnancy. It's suitable for cats from 8 weeks of age weighing more than 1kg, and the pack contains 6 treatments - six months of monthly cover.
