A cat that goes outdoors picks up fleas and ticks on its own schedule, not ours, which is why a treatment stating exactly how many weeks of protection it gives matters more than how it's applied.

Each pipette in this pack contains 50mg Fipronil and 60mg (S)-methoprene. Bob Martin state it kills adult fleas with protection lasting up to 4 weeks, stops flea eggs and larvae developing for 6-8 weeks, and kills ticks with up to 2 weeks of protection for cats or 4 weeks for ferrets, alongside treating biting lice. It's suitable for cats over 1kg and over 8 weeks old, and for ferrets over 6 months old and over 1kg.
