Beco Extra Thick Cat Litter Liners

A litter tray liner only earns its keep if it survives a cat digging before the scoop goes anywhere near it, which is the one thing a thin liner never manages.

These are extra-thick liners made from 90% post-consumer recycled polyethylene, with a small amount of virgin plastic and colouring making up the rest. You open the liner inside the tray, fold the excess over the rim, then fill with litter as normal; when it's time to change, the drawstrings pull the liner shut for a straightforward, contained disposal in household waste. They come in a pack of 24 and in three sizes — small, medium and large — sized to different trays; the largest is built for trays up to 49 x 43 x 38cm.

One limit worth flagging. Beco are explicit these are for the household bin, not the toilet or a compost heap — a recycled-plastic liner doesn't break down the way loose litter might. The size only fits the tray it's rated for, so measure your tray rather than assuming a size based on your cat.
