Pet Photographers
Find pet photographers across the UK for studio portraits, outdoor shoots and gentle end-of-life sessions with a dog, cat or any other animal.
This directory is new
We are adding pet photographers town by town. If you are one, list your business free and you will be among the first shown in your area.
Look at the animals in the portfolio
Photographing a dog that will not sit still is a different skill from photographing people. A portfolio full of the kind of animal you have, in the kind of setting you want, is the best evidence a photographer can do it.
Ask what the fee covers
Many pet photographers charge a session fee and then sell prints or digital files separately, so the final bill can be several times the advertised price. Ask how many images are included, and what an album or a large print costs, before you book.
Older and nervous pets
Good pet photographers plan around the animal: short sessions, quiet locations and plenty of breaks. If your pet is elderly or unwell, ask about end-of-life sessions, which are usually done at home or somewhere familiar, at the pet’s own pace.
