Bow Wow dog treats reviews
We don't currently publish a page of collected customer reviews for Bow Wow, and we would rather say so plainly than fake a rating we do not have the order history to back up. What follows instead is an honest description of the brand, what we stock, and how to choose the right product for your dog.
What Bow Wow is
Bow Wow is a treat brand built around meaty sticks and chews — flavours like beef and tripe, poultry and liver, and various caramel and pudding-style sticks aimed at dogs who prefer a softer, more chewable treat over a hard biscuit. The range sits in the everyday treating category rather than as a meal replacement or complete food.
As with any meaty treat, these are calorie-dense compared with a dog's usual dry or wet food, so they work best as an occasional reward or training aid rather than a large part of daily feeding.
What we stock, and how to choose
Our Bow Wow range covers several of the stick and jerky-style treats, shown in the grid above and reflecting what we currently have available to order. If your dog is new to a particular flavour or texture, offer a small piece first rather than a full stick, the same as you would with any new treat.
Factor treats into your dog's overall daily food rather than adding them on top without adjusting anything else, particularly for a dog who is already at or above a healthy weight.

Common questions
- Why doesn't Giddy Pets show reviews for Bow Wow treats?
- We don't yet have enough collected customer feedback on this specific range to publish a meaningful score, so we would rather describe the product honestly than display a rating that is not real. Our description above is our own assessment of the range.
- Are Bow Wow treats suitable for puppies?
- Check the packaging of the specific treat for any age guidance, since chewiness and texture vary across the range and some are better suited to adult dogs with a full set of teeth. When in doubt, offer a small piece first and watch how your puppy manages it.
- How many Bow Wow treats can I give my dog a day?
- This depends on the treat's size and your dog's overall calorie needs, but as a general principle, treats of any kind should make up a small fraction of a dog's daily food. Adjust their main meals slightly if you are giving treats regularly to avoid unwanted weight gain.
- Does Giddy Pets stock all the Bow Wow flavours?
- No, we carry a selection rather than the full range. What is shown in the grid above reflects what we currently have available to order, which can change over time.
- Are Bow Wow sticks a good training treat?
- Their soft, chewable texture makes them easy to break into smaller reward-sized pieces, which many owners find works well for training sessions. As with any soft treat, break off small pieces rather than handing over a whole stick each time, so the total amount given stays reasonable across a session.
