Shrimp shows up as a genuine second ingredient rather than a garnish in this box, which sets it apart from a plain fish pouch where a shellfish note is usually just flavouring.

This box combines two seafood recipes in gravy — Ocean Fish and Shrimp, and Plaice and Shrimp — each guaranteeing a minimum of 4% of the named fish and 4% shrimp. The base is meat and animal derivatives, vegetable protein extracts, minerals and various sugars. It's a complete wet food for adult cats, with protein at 13%, fat at 2.5%, crude fibre at 0.05%, crude ash at 2.5% and moisture at 80%. Gourmet's feeding guide is 3 to 4 pouches a day for an average 4kg adult cat, in at least two to three meals.

• Protein 13%, fat 2.5%, fibre 0.05%, ash 2.5%, moisture 80%
• Two recipes: Ocean Fish & Shrimp, Plaice & Shrimp, both in gravy
• Named fish and shrimp each guaranteed at a 4% minimum
• Meat and animal derivatives form the largest listed ingredient
• Complete food for adult cats
• Sold as a 12-pack

On the name. "Ocean Delicacies" and the named fish and shrimp suggest a seafood-forward pouch, but as with the rest of this range, those ingredients are guaranteed minimums within a base of meat and animal derivatives, not the bulk of the recipe. The shrimp gives real flavour distinction from a plain fish pouch, but it isn't the majority ingredient.

Who it's for: adult cats that enjoy seafood-flavoured pouches, particularly ones that go for the shrimp note specifically.
