How much do I feed a puppy?

The published table goes by expected adult weight, not current weight: 3kg to 5kg takes 30g to 50g a day, 5kg to 15kg takes 50g to 150g, 15kg to 25kg takes 150g to 250g, 25kg to 35kg takes 250g to 350g and 35kg to 45kg takes 350g to 450g. The brand's own note is that a guide is never exact and that breed, exercise and neutered status all move it.

Can a small adult dog eat this?

Yes, that is half of what it is for. Watch the portion though. It is a richer food than the adult recipes and a small dog that is not working will gain weight on full puppy amounts.

When do I move a puppy off it?

The brand does not publish a changeover age on the page we read, and we would rather not invent one. As a practical matter, a puppy moves to an adult food when it stops growing, which varies a lot by breed, and your vet will give you a better answer for your dog than a bag will.

Why do two websites give different protein figures?
